STATEMENT OF PURPOSES

To serve as an international and non-denominational association of Global Spiritual Centers for World Peace & Enlightenment.
To serve as a religious and spiritually educational ministry dedicated to the dissemination of the Highest Master Teachings of the Ages and to the practice of universal spiritual laws and principles as set forth in the tenets of New Thought Religious Science;
To facilitate the spiritual advancement and enlightenment of any individual seeking the truth;
To provide weekly talks and, services and any and all other activities or functions incidental to the performance of global ministerial services; and to the administering of Highest Eternal Truth Principles and the illumination of Divine Consciousness Patterns to humanity;
To provide the services of qualified licensed practitioners;
To provide on-going spiritual education in New Thought Religious Science through various Religious Science (Science of Mind) classes, spiritual mind treatment and Religious Science practitioner classes, minister courses and other appropriate spiritual educational/learning vehicles;
To provide global Internet programming and ministry of prayer ~ available to all interested persons, nations and nationalities around the world;
To provide on-going spiritual workshops, seminars and lectures on healing through spiritual mind treatments, meditation as well as the practical use of Universal Laws and Principles;
To facilitate expanded spiritual learning and opportunities for spiritual growth by arranging for additional spiritual lectures, workshops and seminars to be given by prominent metaphysicians;
To do and perform any and everything which may he necessary, advisable and suitable for the Purpose of carrying out the objects heretofore expressed and to exercise all implied powers and rights, which the corporation may possess;
To do any other act or thing incidental to or connected with the foregoing purposes or in advancement thereof, but not for the pecuniary profit or financial gain of its members, trustees, directors or officers except as permitted under Article 10 of the Religious Corporations Law.
To serve as a full service Universal and Non-denominational Church and Global Spiritual Center For World Peace & Enlightenment in the state of Florida, maintaining independent tax exempt status and affiliated with New Thought Institute of New York ~ a Religious Science Church, abiding by the aforementioned affiliation’s By Laws and Articles of Association.
Notwithstanding any other provision contained herein, the corporation is organized exclusively for one or more of the following purposes. religious, charitable, or educational and shall not carry on any activities not permitted to be carried on by a corporation exempt from Federal income tax under Section 5Ol C (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986;
